Arbitration of Commercial, Corporate and Investment Disputes

We act as counsel in arbitrations in Singapore and any seat, under any law, and before any tribunal to deliver exceptional service through our team of talented and diverse lawyers. 

The team advises and represents clients in both ad-hoc proceedings (including under the UNCITRAL Rules) and those administered by major institutions, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the International Chamber of Commerce, among others. Members of the team have inter alia – 

• Represented an Australian party in its claims against its Indian counterparty involving an Aircraft Delivery Contract; SIAC Rules
• Acted for an Indian party in its claims against its German and Indian counterparties in a dispute involving Trade Licenses and Fees: ICC Rules
• Assisted an Indian service provider in its dispute with a Japanese counter party over unpaid dues: SIAC Rules
• Represented as part of the counsel team, a State party in two investment treaty claims against it 
• As part of the counsel team, represented a client in setting aside proceedings before the Singapore International Commercial Court

Members of our team are also open to appointment as Arbitrator in proceedings regardless of the Seat and Venue.
