Kamala Naganand co-founded Simha Law with Shreyas Jayasimha and Srikanth Navale. She  brings her experience in the Corporate Advisory, Intellectual Property Law and Private Client practice to Simha law. 

Her experience ranges from protection and management of intellectual property and licensing and branding exercises for start-ups and other companies, to case management for large and complex arbitrations and disputes. 

Kamala is a trained mediator and is happy to sit as a mediator on matters. She specialises in mediation advocacy with in the practice at Simha law and represented clients as counsel in many commercial mediations.

Kamala Naganand studied law at the University Law College, Bangalore and did her Masters in Intellectual Property Law at the George Washington University, U.S.A.
